Centre for Craniofacial Anomalies, established on the 17th of June 2010 is a recognized center by ABMSS (Akhila Bharath Mahila Seva Sangha), India for Surgical grants, Orthodontic grants and Speech therapy on 01/10/2018. The Centre strives to provide a state-of-the-art comprehensive care for the Cleft and Craniofacial patients along with research in the field of craniofacial anomalies. The Centre contributes its expertise in fostering interdisciplinary collaboration and providing exemplary academics and research.

To establish a Centre of comprehensive care for cleft and craniofacial anomalies patients.

Goals

To establish a comprehensive training program for maxillofacial surgeons in the management of Cleft Lip & Palate care.

Objectives
  • Diagnosis and appropriate investigation to support the diagnosis at different stages in the development and growth of the child with cleft lip & palate anomaly or other developmental craniofacial deformity.
  • Complete knowledge of all aspects of the management of this complex deformity including the concept of team management with interaction between other associated specialties like orthodontics, pediatric dentistry, speech therapy, ENT, etc.
